Paul Cann, former Head of Policy and International Affairs at Help the Aged and OIA visiting Fellow  from 2004- 2007, has been appointed as the new Director of Age Concern Oxfordshire. 

Paul has a long track record in the area of poverty and social exclusion, with particular expertise in understanding ageing issues in Africa which was invaluable in developing the OIA's AFRAN network.
