Biosketch
Mr. Whyte-Kpessa began his PhD at McMaster University in September 2005. His major fields include comparative public policy, public administration and comparative politics, with a specific focus on Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA) in particular, and the Global South in general. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Master of Arts in International Relations from University of Ghana, Legon and Brock University, respectively. He was also awarded Advanced Certificates in Teaching, Learning & Educational Technologies by Brock University’s Center for Teaching and Learning.
