Mr. Kalula holds a BA Honours degree (D R Congo) and a Masters degree in Administration (Public Policy: Management Programmes development: University of the Western Cape, South Africa). He is busy with his doctoral studiesin Public Management (Cape Peninsula University of Technology: South Africa) with a special interest in Gerontology.
