In celebration of 20 years since the establishment of the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing, we are happy to announce the first of a series of events during the academic year 2017-2018.
Emerging Researchers Conference on “Demography, Ageing and Health” 26-28 September 2017, University of Oxford
The year will be launched with this Emerging Researchers Conference for graduate students and postdoctoral researchers which will provide an opportunity to network and present research to an international research community.
This Conference will combine international keynote speakers with themed sessions for emerging researchers to discuss their work under the following streams:
- Biology and Ageing
- Cognition and the Brain
- Changing demographic and socio-economic environments and ageing
- Technology and ageing

The conference will include speakers and emerging researchers from Europe, Africa, North America, Asia and Australia; it will provide a key opportunity to disseminate among a growing international research community
