The 6^th LARNA (Latin American Research Network on Ageing) Conference will be held at the State University of Ponta Grossa, Brazil, from 4 to 6 October 2016.

The Latin America Research Network on Ageing (LARNA) was created in 2008 under the leadership of Dr George W. Leeson, Director of the LARNA network, and co-ordinated by Dr Alejandro Klein from the University of Guanajuato-Leon in Mexico.

This conference brings together scholars, policy makers and researchers with an interest in all aspects of ageing in Latin America, and provides opportunities to develop cross national collaborations.
