Congratulations to Claudia Azevedo on successfully defending her doctoral thesis. Claudia was awarded a PhD in Gerontology and Geriatrics from the Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar, University of Porto in December 2017. Her thesis on “Sustainable Intergenerational Educational Programmes: current challenges and future perspectives” identified key dimensions for implementing sustainable intergenerational programmes in the narratives of the programme managers.
Claudia is a Research Officer for LARNA (Latin American Research Network on Ageing) at the Oxford Institute of Population and Ageing.
