Ageing in the Commonwealth

The latest edition of Driven by Health magazine features the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing research report “Ageing in the Commonwealth” commissioned  by the Commonwealth Association for the Ageing (CommonAge). CommonAge was founded in 2013 in order to promote the interests of older people throughout the Commonwealth.

The report presents the evidence that population ageing is a significant challenge to all commonwealth countries, even though the issue is not widely recognised in many developing nations with predominantly young populations. The presentation of the research report will take place as part of the inaugural “Commonweath Elders’ Forum”, 16-18 April, 2018, at the Wokefield Park Conference Centre, Berkshire.
