Dr George W Leeson, Deputy Director of the Oxford Institute of Ageing has just been awarded a British Academy Grant to carry out a scoping study of demographic ageing in Latin America, the Caribbean and the Iberian Peninsula as part of the work of LARNA, the Institute's research network for Latin America. The research team extend their deepest appreciation to the British Academy for its continuing and generous financial support.
