Other speakers from leading industries (Deutsche Girozentrale, Trumpf GmbH + Co, Deutsche Telekom), academic institutions (Zeppelin-Universitaet, Europaeische Akademie fuer Frauen in Wirtschaft und Politik, Technische Universitaet Darmstadt) and government (Bundesvereinigung der Deutschen Arbeitgeberverbaende) presented seminars on three themes 'Mixed Leadership - Role of Women in Management Positions', 'Generation Y - Unique Employees in the Workplace' and 'Older Workers and Knowledge Transfer' .
