Despite having the highest total fertility rate, in Europe, the French are also looking at different ways of encouraging older people to stay on in work to address their dependency ratios, and Oxford's Global Ageing Survey, directed by Dr George Leeson of the Oxford Institute of Ageing, funded by HSBC, is helping rethink some of the issues, reports the Belgian publication L'Entreprise :L'Homme, this week.
