Biosketch
Dr. Bohman is the international co-ordinator of the School of Health Science at the Blekinge Institute of Technology. She obtained a PhD in Gerontological Nursing from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden in 2008 with a dissertation: Elderly South Africans in transition – the daily life circumstances, beliefs concerning health and illness and the influences on caring and family structure. She also holds the qualification of Registered Nurse Teacher from the Lund University Sweden which followed on her qualification as Registered Nurse in Stockholm in 1978.
