Biosketch

Mr. Adeyemi holds an MSc degree in Agricultural Economics (Development Economics and Agribusiness Management) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has worked as a Development Expert on USAID and DFID funded programmes. His research interest in rural ageing and food security was developed in the course of executing various field projects and programmes in partnership with Community Based Organisations, Non Governmental Organisations and Governmental Organisations. Mr. Adeyemi is the Executive Director of the Policy Research and Action Centre (PRAC), an NGO providing policy informed research service among other services to public and private organisations. He is a member of the African Gerontological Society, and currently involved in developing the society’s AGES research programme.
