Biosketch

James Ntozi is professor in Population Studies at the Makerere University in Uganda for the past 15 years. He is a Medical Demographer and Statistician by training and has accumulated experience in conducting evaluation, needs assessment and baseline studies at international and national levels in developing countries. His most recent monitoring and evaluation work included evaluating the PEPFAR project in Nigeria for the USA National Academy of Sciences and Congress (2005 – 2007).
