Micha Kaiser

Mr Micha Kaiser is a Visiting Junior Academic at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing (1st August - 10th September 2016).
Micha holds a Master’s degree in Economics and is currently enrolled in the Ph.D. program of the University of Hohenheim. As a member of the Institute for Health Care & Public Management, Micha has a broad interest in many different fields of health and labor economics. For instance, some of his research focuses on the relationship between unemployment and different kinds of health behavior or on the impact of non-maternal care on the subjective well-being of children. Micha´s work is mainly characterized by reduced form econometrics as well as by more structural techniques like, for instance, dynamic programming.
Apart from his research he is also holds a teaching position in Macroeconomics and Monetary Policy at the DHBW in Heilbronn (Germany).
