Geonhun Kim was an Academic Visitor at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing from 1st October 2018 to 10th July 2019.

Geonhun completed a Master’s course of Public Administration from Seoul National University and International Health Policy from London School of Economics and Political Science.

He is currently Director of Health Information Policy, Ministry of Health and Welfare in South Korea. He has been working in several divisions including health policy, health industry policy, welfare policy, and national pension policy since 2005.

His research interests are healthcare utilisation and behaviour of the elderly, health and social care expenditure in South Korea.
