Dr Susana C. Marques was a Marie Curie Fellow at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing. Much of her research focuses on key psycho-social resources and how they can be used to help individuals, groups and organizations flourish.

Dr Marques has coordinated International, European and National funded projects and she collaborated with Gallup Organization, USA, on projects of their world pool data. She has more than 50 publications in ISI-indexed journals, chapters and books, including co-editor of the Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology (Oxford University Press, 2020). She serves on the editorial board of several ISI-indexed journals in the fields of Psychology and Assessment.

She previously earned her PhD at Porto University, Portugal where she coordinated the subject of Positive Psychology, supervised master, doctoral and post-doctoral researchers and worked as a full member of the Center of Psychology.
