Martina Novakova was a Visiting Student at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing from 1st October 2021 to 12 March 2022.

She works as the head of The Center of Postacute  and Long Term care in the Faculty of Hospital Motol at Prague. Martina also works as a teacher in Charles University, 2nd Faculty of Medicine.

She is a student of postgraduated programme (PhD)-Charles University,Faculty of Humanities,Longevity Studies. Her disertation title is : The view of mental and physical status of patiens in long term care.
