Alyaa Al Mulla is the Founder of Longevity, a newly established public policy Think Tank in the United Arab Emirates. As well as this, she is a policy-maker specializes in wellbeing and longevity with extensive years of experience in public administration and policy. Alyaa led dynamic teams in developing policies, programs and partnerships that support the UAE government’s vision 2071; incorporating leading interdisciplinary research in behavioral science, neuroscience, positive psychology, mental health and human longevity and healthy ageing.

She has more than 17 years of experience and holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (HKS), Harvard University. She is the Vice-President of Harvard Kennedy School Alumni Network in the UAE and a Fellow at the Center of Public Leadership in HKS. She is a member at World Economic Forum’s Future Council on Healthy Ageing and Longevity since 2018, she wrote articles on ageing population and longevity for the World Economic Forum.

She conducted research and analysis at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing to identify the current standing of ageing population in the UAE and how the demographic change impacts and shapes current and future public policies.
