Yanke Tong is a visiting student at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing from 1st October 2023 to 1st October 2024. She is currently a Ph.D candidate in Applied Economics at Jinhe Center for Economic Research, Xian Jiaotong University. Her Master's degree in Economics was obtained from Central South University.

Based on her background in Economics, her current research is focused on Information Communication Technology (ICT) and Well-being of Older Adults in Ageing Society.
