Dr Jung Jae Lee

Dr Jung Jae Lee was a Visiting Academic at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing from January 14, 2024, to March 9, 2024.

Dr. Lee is an Assistant Professor at the School of Nursing, the University of Hong Kong. He is a registered nurse in South Korea and New York, USA. After five years of clinical nursing practice in stroke care, Dr. Lee obtained his MSc and PhD from the School of Health in Social Science at the University of Edinburgh, UK. Dr. Lee has conducted mHealth intervention studies in the areas of stroke and mild cognitive impairment care using mixed-methods study designs. He is currently leading several funded projects on mHealth-delivered psychological interventions and hypertension management for the population. Moreover, he also promotes the rigorous use of qualitative research in healthcare research as the Chair of the Asia Pacific Qualitative Health Research Network (AQUHN).
