Michela Cozza is a visiting academic at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing.

She is an Associate Professor at the Department of Organisation and Management at Mälardalen University, Sweden. She is a sociologist and science and technology studies (STS) scholar. She is interested in exploring the relationship between ageing and technology, with special regard to the digital transformation of caring practices and the role of objects and materiality in ageing. Michela Cozza is one of the founding members of the interdisciplinary Socio-Gerontechnology Network which brings together scholars interested in critical studies of ageing and technology.
