Nurcan TOPAL KAYA is a Visiting Student at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing from April 2025 to July 2025.

She is currently a PhD candidate in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education at Ankara University, Türkiye. She holds a Master's degree in the same field.

Her primary research focus includes active ageing, education for older adults, and intergenerational learning. She is currently conducting a research on third-age universities, exploring their role in lifelong learning and intergenerational learning.
