Shuying Chen is a Visiting Student at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing from May 2025 to October 2025.

Shuying is currently a graduate student at Shandong Second Medical University. Her research primarily focuses on population ageing, mild cognitive impairment and the economic evaluation of cancer screening programs for older adults in community settings.

During her time at the University of Oxford, Shuying will concentrate her research focus on cognitive decline and community management among older adults, drawing on the UK’s advanced experience to provide international insights for addressing population ageing in China.
