Bo Liang is a visiting student at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing from October 2025 to April 2026.

She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Population Research of Peking University, China. Bo holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Peking University.

Bo is majoring in social gerontology with a focus on musculoskeletal health, sarcopenia, successful ageing and healthy ageing in older adults. Her research investigates the epidemiological trends, risk factors, and dynamic transitions of ageing-related conditions using longitudinal cohort and age-period-cohort analytical frameworks.
