Josephine Yi is a Visiting Student at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing from October 2025 to April 2026.

She is a Gerontology student at the Institute of Population Research, Peking University, where she specializes in the psychological and behavioural aspects of ageing. Prior to her graduate studies, she contributed to research on accessible tourism and silver tourism at Fudan University. Her research interests centre on mental health in later life and the effects of filial piety, with an overarching aim of improving the psychological well-being of older adults.
