Rebecca is the Institute’s Research Grants and Finance Facilitator. She works closely with the Director, Professor Sarah Harper, the Senior Research Co-ordinator, Nana Nanitashvili, and the Research Facilitator, Francesca McGowan, supporting the effective operation of the Institute’s finance function and a wide range of research activity, including grant applications and post-award processes.

Before joining the Institute, Rebecca worked in the Department of Politics and International Relations from 2015, initially as a Finance Officer and later as Research Compliance Lead within the Research Facilitation Team.

Prior to moving into university administration, Rebecca worked in the museums sector, where she was responsible for managing a large archaeology collection.

Rebecca holds a degree from the Classics Department at King’s College London, where she specialised in Roman history and archaeology.
