Zhou Xiaoyu is a graduate student majoring in Public Health and Community Management at the School of Public Health, Shandong Second Medical University. His primary research interests include mild cognitive impairment, the assessment of rehabilitation service needs among older adults, and health policy research.
During his time at Oxford, he will focus on research into the prediction and risk assessment of cognitive impairment in older adults. By drawing on the United Kingdom’s advanced experience in ageing health and disease prevention, he aims to broaden his international perspective and contribute valuable insights and research evidence to support efforts addressing China’s ageing population and associated health challenges.
