The Conference “LIFE-LONG LEARNING AND ACTIVE AND PARTICIPATORY AGEING” is being held on 23-26 May, 2017 in University of Havana, Cuba.

The conference, under the chairmanship of Professor Teresa Orosa, is sponsored by the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing through its LARNA Network.

The Latin America Research Network on Ageing (LARNA) was created in 2008 under the leadership of Dr George W. Leeson, Director of the LARNA network, and co-ordinated by Dr Alejandro Klein from the University of Guanajuato-Leon in Mexico.
