About the Speaker

Professor Wanda Cabella, Universidad de la República, Uruguay

Wanda Cabella is a full professor in the Population Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Universidad de la República, Uruguay. She received her doctoral degree in Demography from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Brazil (2006), and she graduated from the Universidad de la República (Uruguay) with a bachelor's degree in Social Anthropology. Her research interests include reproductive behavior, family change, parenting, and child development.
