In August, Dr. George W. Leeson and Dr. Urbain Boutelegier attended the 1st National Congress organised by the Tejedores de Sueños Foundation in San Jose, Costa Rica. Attended by more than 50 delegates from across the country, the Congress showcased the work of a number of NGOs working with the Foundation. In addition, presentations from organisations, government bodies and academics highlighted the situation of young people in Costa Rica and the importance of retaining young people in education for as long as possible.
