Dr George Leeson has been awarded a grant from the British Academy to establish a Latin American Research Network on Ageing (LARNA). This will be the Institute's 4th Network and will work along side those already established for Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. The main aim of the new Network will be to work with Latin American colleagues to capacity build ageing research in the region.
