Dr Tina Weber, a former visiting research fellow at the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing will now start working for the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) within the field of ageing and health research programmes.
With offices in Berlin and Bonn, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research is situated at the centres of both government and science. The BMBF supports people and their ideas by funding research institutions and higher education institutions, by awarding scholarships and prizes, and by organising competitions in education and research.
