An article in The Round Table: The Commonwealth Journal of International Affairs discusses the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing research report 'Ageing in the Commonwealth' commissioned by the Commonwealth Association for the Ageing (CommonAge).
"The research project, carried out by the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing for the Commonwealth Association for the Ageing (CommonAge), found that despite the huge diversity of population dynamics across the Commonwealth, in all but Lesotho and Mozambique (both hard hit by HIV) the older population is predicted to grow more quickly than the total population."
The presentation of the research report will take place as part of the inaugural “Commonwealth Elders’ Forum”, 16-18 April 2018, at the Wokefield Park Conference Centre, Berkshire. This inaugural Forum is linked to the 2018 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.
